In the context of cultural globalization, technological development cause contact between regions become increasingly close in the collision and fusion of diverse cultures, the unique charm of Chinese ink painting has become even more prominent. The rapid development of science and technology not only changed people’s way of life, accepting way too subtle influence of the contemporary visual habits. In such a situation, ink artists are also seeking a more possibilities ink art: they increase the types of ink or mediums or completely abandon the traditional mediums of ink properties, or in the form of references to contemporary art ink art performance of them, to change the traditional performance practices of ink painting, ink trying to combine art and contemporary context, creating a paradigm from the traditional ink and ink spirit has, in line with contemporary works of art of contemporary.This paper briefly discusses the status quo of contemporary cultural context, to show expansion and innovation is needed ink language arts needs of the times to change. Further explanation, no matter how the ink is changed language in the contemporary artists mediums and its manifestations, and its spirit is present in the ink works of art.
