The Research Of Yamakawa Hayasui andBa ShuJiuYingIn the late Qing dynasty, a large number of Japanese in China came to China and left a dramatic number of travels. These travels were recorded in detail in the form of a documentary,which were a batch of precious historical materials being helpful to undersand the Chinese society. But they has not yet been fully utilized.The book《Ba Shu Jiu Ying》among Yamakawa Hayasui’s travels was worthy of attention,because it was one of the most detailed Ba Shu travels. This book dipicted a picture of the mosaic of human life of Ba Shu in the late Qing dynasty.He observed and recorded the every aspect of Ba Shu area as a Japanese, especially few discription of the people at the bottom of society in the contemporaries books.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The text is divided into four chapters.Introduction mainly reviews the current status of Yamakawa Hayasui at home and abroad,proposed the mountains and earlier water academic value, and the feasibility of this article, and narrates the purpose of writing this article, the structure and research methods.The first chapter according to the existing data Yamakawa Hayasui reasons in China, to China after, life in China and from China and from China after combing. Yamakawa Hayasuicame from China have a more clear understanding.The second chapter discuss Yamakawa Hayasui scholars such as Bai juyi and Su Shi. Will book 《 Ba Shu Jiu Ying 》 and described the relevant data of literati supplement and analysis.The third chapter discusses from two aspects of positive and negative Yamakawa Hayasui how to Ba Shu people’s personality traits. Yamakawa Hayasuistudy of shu people personality traits for we study the personality characteristics of shu people provides a new perspective.The fourth chapter analysis of Yamakawa Hayasui《Ba Shu Jiu Ying》 the different aspects of the society. Including traffic, accommodation, business conditions, water and sanitation, and cultural relics protection, etc.Conclusion: through Yamakawa Hayasui’s travels, the author thinks that he has his own unique views of China have understanding one-sided places. Therefore, we should correctly understand Japanese travels to swim in the late Qing dynasty China.
