With the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid development of economy in our country, many Chinese enterprises rise rapidly. China increasingly becomes the focus of world attention. Huawei’s success is a model of Chinese enterprises, whose development not only depends on the advanced management idea, but also relies on the enterprise culture that is a fertile ground for enterprise survival and development and is the power of driving and supporting. The management of contracts is an important way of enterprise management and one of the forms of economic legalization. Contract translation is also indispensable.This report is to analyze the whole process of translating "Revenue Share Business Master Agreement” of Huawei Technologies(Kenya) Company Limited. It includes four parts: Part One, the translation task description; Part Two, the translation process description; Part Three, the translation case analysis; Part Four, summary. This report describes what the translator does for the translation of English commercial law in detail, which includes the preparation before translation; the process of translation; the analysis about the problems of terminology, Common Patterns, vague words and passive voice in the process of translation, and the proposal of corresponding solutions on the basis of the domestication and foreignization; translator’s analysis of this translation practice and the outlook of future study.This report attempts to analyze common problems, specific translation method and so on in the translation of English commercial law and illustrate that a translator should constantly improve his professional quality and comprehensive ability, strengthen his psychological and physical quality and enhance his translation ability through practice.
