The translation material provides some perspectives on compensation policy by analyzing the degree and trend of cultural orientation as well as problems of management. Furthermore, in this research we examine the possible relationship between both concepts above. The research contains three main parts: first, the conceptual framework; then, collect and analyze the data via comprehensive conceptual framework; at last the research result is described, the theoretical and managerial effect is discussed, the limitation of research is mentioned and finally the future study methods is pointed out.The report consists of four parts, description of translation task, translating process, case study and conclusion. Part one, the description, gives an skeleton of the corresponding information about the source of the original, the author and the work;part two, the process, is about the reading and studying of the original article, the selection of translation strategies and dictionaries, and the check and polishing of the translated text; the case study of the third part, the main body of the report, includes lexical and syntactical analysis as well as discourse points. The lexical part discusses the conversion of the word classes and the translation of the terminology. The syntactical part gives a detailed analysis of some difficult sentences and long sentences. The discourse part analyzes the text cohesion; the fourth part, the conclusion part, summarizes what the translator experiences and learns through the whole translating practice.
