This article mainly regard Wang bi’s "Lao Zi Zhu" and "Lao Zi Zhi Lue" as research version, it focus on explicating his thoughts of LAO XUE.Wang Bi’s comments on "Lao Zi", firstly, the import site is to figure out "DAO", which occupied a high position in philosophy ideas. Wang bi thought that "KE DAO ZHI DAO"(可道之道)and "BU KE MING ZHI MING"(可名之名)both are on account of "ZHI SHI ZAO XING"(指事造形),so it can not be "CHANG DAO"(常道)or "CHANG MING"(常名)."BU KE DAO ZHI DAO" and "BU KE MING ZHI MING" are not restrained by "XING" and "SHI", so it could be " CHANG DAO" and "CHAGN MING". Nevertheless, for that "DAO" is not "DING MING"(定名),and it is a title managed with an effort, so it will lead to a discussion about Wang bi’s "MING HAO"(名号)And "CHENG WEI"(称谓).Wang bi accepted Lao Zi’s idea of ontology, he regards "DAO" as the "SHI"(始)and" MU" (母) of all the things on earth. Then he analysis the " WU MING DE SHI"(无名的始)and "YOU MING DE MU"(有名的母),and then get the conclusion of two attributes of "DAO", that is "WU" (无) and "YOU"(有).Wang bi also equals "WU" and "DAO", he thinks that there is way of "DAO" became the mother of everything by through of " WU XING WU MING".DAO as noumenon have its own specialatality that exceed everything, and thees are generally showed on three aspects. Firstly, DAO incharge of everything by a way of "BU ZHU ZHI ZHU"(不主之主),it is DAO’s attribute as a master; secondly, DAO have its own charactr of long live in the the nature, it is DAO’s attribute of stability; thirdly, DAO has been stayed in everything, which achieved its pre-existent.When Wang Bi interpreted Lao Zi’s DAO ontology, Wang Bi has paid special attention to Lao Zi’s "WU". The firstly explanation was concerned about relationship of " WU" and " YI", although "YI" belongs to the category of "YOU", it has the character of "WU", even more, Wang Bi refers to his idea of "YI YI WEI ZHU"(以一为主).The second explanation is regards "WU’ as absolutely " CHANG"(常),"CHANG" is stability and innerability, and some time, it show the character of "WU". Wang Bi believed that Lao Zi "YOU SHENG YU WU "and"YOU YI WU WEI BEN"(有以无为本).Lao Zi’s "YI DAO WEI BEN" is actually in "YI WU WEI BEN".Wang Bi has followed the principle of "ZI RAN "to all things when he interpreted Lao Zi’s "ZI RAN".Wang Bi has interpreted "ZI RAN"by "WU WEI". So either Lao Zi and Wang Bi are stressed on " WU WEI". "WU WEI" is not equals to do nothing, it have two explanation of" WU SUO PIAN WEI"(无所偏为)and " WU WEI ER WU BU WEI"(无为而无不为).There is a standard for identified "SHANG DE"(上德)and "XIA DE"(下德)by via of identified "WU WEI" and " YOU WEI". It has points out the consequences of " YOU WEI", and leading to follow the nature. And "ZI RAN WU WEI" is a way to achieving that goal. Wang Bi has considered Lao Zi’s "WU WEI"as a way of doing things and considered it as DAO’s intrinsic attribute,even gave its equivalent to DAO in meaning.
