The Research Of Protection And Development Of Traditional Village Under The Background Of New Type Of Urbanization

AS the carrier of Chinese traditional culture, traditional village carries a lot of precious material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage of the country. In the tide of construction of new countryside and urbanization, traditional village is faced with strong impact. The impact on the traditional village of urbanization manifests as on the one hand the urbanization attracting more and more people from rural to urban makes the traditional village hollowing and empty, on the other hand the development of traditional village takes up a large amount of farmland and village land, facing to be demolished and even the fate of the overall relocation. As the hollowing, being damaged and constructive destruction, the traditional village is dying, this brings out a serious challenge to the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional culture and shows the urgency of protecting traditional village.The new urbanization process and the publishing of protection policies and regulations of traditional village are almost synchronous, as time went on, the protection is becoming more and more rich and concrete. The relationship between new urbanization and traditional village is not contradictory, in the new urbanization process, the protection of traditional village is first, at the same time, the protection of traditional village is conducive to the development of the new urbanization, filling the vacancies of it. In target of our country’s first batch of traditional village, analyzing the current situation and existing problems of traditional villages in China, according to the actual situation in our country and drawing lessons from foreign related protection experience, this paper has proposed specific measures and suggestions for the protection and development of Chinese traditional villages, the protection include strengthen the construction of legal system, give play to the role of government –led, spread propaganda education, change people’s minds and the “living state protection” of village. we should find the just right balance between the protection of traditional village and the development of social economy, not only this conforms to the people’s hope for raising living standards, also has great significance for the protection and development of traditional villages and the construction of person-oriented new urbanization.This paper consists mainly of six parts, the first chapter takes introduction to the research situation for traditional village at home and abroad and puts forward the theoretical basis and research methods adopted, etc; the second chapter explains the traditional village and its related definition and summarizes the present characteristics and situation of the traditional village in our country; the third chapter demonstrates the relationship between new urbanization and traditional village is mutual promotion rather than contradictory; the fourth chapter describes that a large number of traditional villages are declining and dying at present is due to urbanization, natural and man-made factors, etc; the fifth chapter generalizes the protection experience of some foreign countries and successful experience of the protection of traditional village in parts of our country, providing a reference for the protection of traditional villages in our country; the sixth chapter expounds the government policies and regulations, propaganda and education, people’s livelihood action.
