Protection Research On Traditional Village In The Context Of Urbanization

The traditional village, as an important carrier of agricultural civilization, has the unique cultural and natural landscape, and a strong regional culture characteristic, with highly value preservation and protection. In the process of urbanization, the speed of the disappearance of traditional villages makes us worried, and also for the preservation situation. As the new urbanization strategy being put forward, and the guarantee of the interests of farmers and the inheritance of traditional village civilization are more and more becoming the focus of attention, it undoubtedly provides an opportunity for the protection of the traditional village.The past researches mainly concentrate on the landscape of traditional village, vernacular architecture value, residential renovation, village planning layout and village tourism. And few scholars conduct evaluation value for the whole village, and discuss different value degree of specific protection methods of traditional villages. Therefore, the research on the traditional village comprehensive value evaluation is aimed to provide a scientific and reasonable value orientation, and the reference on selection of protection countermeasures of village protection construction.First of all, this paper mainly collects the research status at home and abroad, including the protection of traditional village at home and abroad research, and the related research on traditional villages in Longyou area, and the dialectical relationship between traditional villages and urbanization. By the means of reading extensively and in-depth analysis on the respective literature, it defines concepts of traditional villages and the new type of urbanization. Secondly, it constructs comprehensive value evaluation index system of the traditional village, with the Delphi method, combining with1-9scaling method to weight index. Taking part of the traditional village in Longyou as an example, it mainly evaluates the comprehensive value from three sides such as the value of traditional architecture, the location of the village and the landscape pattern value, and further put forwards to comparative analysis on the result of the measure. It can obtain three different kinds of protect value village such as overall protection, key protection, and upgrading protection, and analyzes the characteristic of the three types of villages and their existing problems. Finally, by choosing the village SanmenYuan in Longyou as the case study, based on its value analysis, it puts forward corresponding protective measures and suggestions.
