With the development of career of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the importance of vocabulary teaching is becoming more and more prominent. Most of the learners are from counties in Chinese characters cultural circle, especially Korean. Because of the long history of communication between China and Korean, there are a lot of homograph in Chinese and Korean. Some of these word mostly remain the same and the vocabulary of Chinese part of speech. However, With the development of the times, some words are affected by different factors in two kind of different social environment, and had some evolution in the meaning, word class, emotional color, collocation, etc. Therefore, the homographs in Chinese and Korean can bring learners a lot of benefit in positive transfer.While, they are easy for students to make mistakes and cause the negative transfer to biased error. The homographs in Chinese and Korean play a significant role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This paper divides homograph into three categories to analyze. They are homonym, homomorphism synonym, isomorph synonyms.Furthermore, this paper divides isomorph synonyms into four kinds, which are Korean and Chinese have the same meaning while Chinese has other meaning, Korean and Chinese have the same meaning while Korean has other meaning, Korean and Chinese have the same meaning while each of them has other meaning,and Korean and Chinese have the same meaning while there are some differences in word class,emotional color, collocation. After summarizing the characteristics of all kinds of the homograph, the examples of bias caused by different homographs are listed to discuss and analyze, trying to find out the reason and characteristic. Then, basing on all the work have been done, this paper try to put forward some useful teaching suggestions on teaching homographs.
