And he has been criticized buy the masses. we did not deny that wangmang was a person with many shortcomings,but we also did not think he was a usurper. This article wants to by means of look back the history of the Western Han Dynasty to re-evaluate wangmang’Reformation and “daihan”or “cuanhan”.This paper focuses on the problem of why wangmang can replace the Western Han Dynasty and what he did in his reformation. After he failed, what he got from the history.Admittedly, his family influence and large social background play a important role in the success of wangmang replace the Western Han Dynasty. Although he failed at last, we can not completely deny his whole life.
