Early 20th century, after the Siege of the International Legations, the Qing government was forced to sign humiliating "Boxer Protocol." The signing of this treaty made the unstable society even worse and poor people’s life more painful, which enlightened liberals understanding of the government and therefore made them very disappointed. To safeguard their rule by training more talent, the Qing Dynasty ruling group started a top-down reformation in political, economic, educational and cultural areas. Among them, the education reformation was the most important one and achieved the most remarkable achievements.By studying "Guangxi official newspaper", "Guangxi Advisory Bureau report" as the first-hand historical materials to study the Guangxi province, I tried to reconstruct the real situation of the education reformation. I also used comparative analysis, chart analysis, historical analysis, etc. to understand the achievements and influences from the education reformation, under the national education reform background and social transformation. With the contrast between the before and after the education reform and the comparison between Guangxi province and other regions in China, we can clearly see the achievements from Guangxi Education Modernization. The reform included a large number of construction of new schools, setting up different levels of basic education and industrial education school curriculum to teacher education, construction and development of basic education in the highlight of the primary and normal school, trying to train teachers as one of the means to a greater degree of development Modernization of education for the purpose of highlighting the role of normal students. During the implementation of education reform, based on its own situation, Guangxi government and the province of Guangxi Advisory Bureau focused on the innovation and development of elementary education, developing minority education, improving the efficiency of education, so that education has a multilevel nature. In promoting new education development, the Government has taken a slow reinforcing manner, by rewarding origin, carried out in the New Schools was founded to prepare conceptual ideological discussions, which helped the majority of the people gradually in understanding and accepting the new education. And this fully embodies the advantage of Education Reform. In the implementation process, the founder, and other civil society organizations to promote school federation, school improvement, preferential Normal School and Teachers Students and other measures, and also the measures according to the prevailing local conditions local conditions, with strong flexibility and their flexibility. In addition, the number of westernized educational content increases, which enriched the content of the new classroom teaching and the variety of training professionals. Also the majority of students were involved in the modern educational system construction in Guangxi, which set up the base of the development of Guangxi’s education system during the period of Republic of China and laid a solid foundation to promote the modernization of the education process. From the initial realization of the modernization of traditional want transformation, the modernization of education was established in Guangxi and promoted Guangxi’s social modernization.Of course, this reform there are obvious deficiencies. Besides the difficulty in the economic development, little achievement from political reformation, insufficient fundamental facilities, shortage of funding for education and other issues, Guangxi government also made a series of strict requirements for students. And the limitation on both mentally and behavior of the students, as well as on the employment after graduation, made the new talents, especially senior talent, less strong on the belief of modern society, which led to less exchange between regions and bounded complacent with their own province. This is also the reason why the development of Guangxi in modern education system is flawed.
