| The New Epitaphs Collection Of Qin Jin Yu is an applied forms chart book, it’s created by two professors named Zhao Junping and Zhao Wencheng, published in 2012. Books of a complete set of four books, includes three places including new stone material of more than nine hundred square which is mainly published the epitaph rubbings. Discovered after 2005, from 3 places, tang’s capital city which is located in Shanxi province and Henan province, The prosperous period of Tang dynasty. The paper has selected from the eastern han dynasty (220), the residual stone monuments, title, eventually to the 31st year of the republic of China (1942), "lee on inscriptions" in March, before and after more than 1700 years. Which three of the eastern han dynasty to the sui (220-616) paper has a total of 96 pieces, The theme is mostly for the history of the local officials or civilians, the style and level have distinguishing feature each, but has a relatively closed date local characteristics, can be used as supplementary materials and corpus of precious materials. This material has not been widely spread, in the study of a large space. Therefore, I did a thorough study on this part of the material which is discussed in the system, especially focus on the basic materials and interpretation, from the perspective of linguistics, text, vocabulary problems on the materials of special research, in order to provide convenience for future scholars to engage in further research, to provide reference for the interpretation of the future, the collating work, for this period of history, Chinese vocabulary history and related research to provide certain reference.This article is divided into three parts.
