Intermediate Comprehensive Course in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language is the major course for Chinese learners.The Chinese new words teaching plays an important role in the spoken language expression and communication ability of Chinese Learners.The investigation and analysis on the New Words Teaching and the case study of the data of Intermediate Comprehensive Course in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language learn that at present the main problems existing in foreign language,teaching in the intermediate comprehensive course are the existent problems in the teacher,Chinese learners with their own problem,Course arrangement problem, the teaching materials and so on.In the light of the existing problems in New Words teaching in Teaching Chinese as a foreign language of Intermediate Comprehensive Course,the following measures are makeing a special marker on the New words appeared in the teaching materials;embodying the New words appeared in the text to the word table;embodying more articles about the new words in the textbook;textbook should be include all-roundmultifield of new words;the textbook should increase the including amount of new words;to accelerate the speed of updating textbook.The specific teaching method of in mediate Comprehensive Course in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language are affixation,the context method,actions demenstration method,synonymy and antonym explanation method,the use of multimedia teaching method,establishing new word class and so on.The practical principle,the principle of stability,appropriate principle,timeliness principle,the principle of interest are teaching principles of Intermediate Comprehensive Course in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.To improve the students’ learning enthusiasm,improve the students’ communicative competence,can make learners have a better understanding of China are significance of teaching of Intermediate Comprehensive Course in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.
