Research On The Pronouns Of Zhan Guo Ce

Zhan Guo Ce is one of the important literature in the Pre-Qin period with thevivid language. Most of the content are spoken dialogues, which are preciousmaterials to study the language characteristics of that period. Before people payattention to the study of its literature and historical value, but now more and morepeople turn to study its language, especially to the language feature.Pronouns in ancient Chinese has its own characteristics. Its obviousevolution track and complex syntactic function make it valuable to study.Therefore, this article selects Zhan Guo Ce as the corpus, and divides the pronounsof this book into three categories: personal pronoun, demonstrative pronoun,interrogative pronoun. Then we subdivide every category into small classes andanalyses all of them in detail. Through this study, we hope to show the basicoutlook of the pronouns of Zhan Guo Ce objectively and comprehensively.
