Group behavior is very commonin nature, such as ant foraging,fish twinning parades, and individuals are gathered by certainrules through mutual cooperation and self-organization, to complete complex tasks anindividual cannot be done alone. In recent years, more and more researchers in groupbehavior of some groups of animals were studied, trying to explain the behavior of theseanimal populations tend internal mechanism consistent.Group decision-making due to the concentration of the wisdom and knowledge of certaindecisions of individuals and has irreplaceable advantages of individual decisions,and groupdecision-making factors of each individual’s decision-making knowledge andinformation,different values and status of such groups in the decision-making process eachindividual members may have different preferences on the decision-making program. How toform a consistent decision-making members of the group selected from the commentspersonal preference become problem areas need to study in group decision.Vicsek model isthe classical model of consistency study,has a lot of similarities with groups and consistencyof decision-making problems. this paper attempts to study the improved model of groupdecision making problems Vicsek consistency problems. Existing studies of Vicsek modelsystem will be seen as a homogenous entity, each individual is to simply update their statusbased on the status of individual neighbors. However, in group decision-making,eachdecision has individual psychological characteristics,they will choose their own state or acertain level of persistence or self-confidence, not completely blind,passive acceptance ofothers as their subsequent status.This article studies the effect of adding the individual properties in the Vicsek model forgroup decision. Different with the Vicsek model,this paper considers the differences ofindividual groups, and the first attempt to introduce the self-confidence and tolerance in thecontrol protocol in the Vicsek model to calculate the direction of the individual updates.
