As an importance of cultural industry have increased, Korea changed from culture importer to exporter now. Korean pop music and drama have been exported actively to all countries, including Southeast Asia, and it resulted in "the Korean Wave" in China. It could be judged that to export a culture of one nation is extremely important at national level since it brings the indirect profits through a ripple effect of "the Korean Wave" as well as the direct profits from the export itself. The research used a multiple regression analysis to study how much "the Korean Wave" influenced on the export amount of products materially. Because it was not easy to quantify a variable,"the Korean Wave", the research could showed the results by quantifying and forming data of the export amount of cultural contents and number of Chinese tourist visiting Korea. The research, as well, could increase reliability and definitive the results with adding other variables like GDP, M2.The results of analyzing data are like below: Firstly, it turned out that the export of clothing, supposed to influence the largest effect on the export amount, had no relation with "the Korean Wave" actually. Secondly, the export of mobile phone also had no direct effects on the export amount. Lastly, the export amount of cosmetic showed a close relation with "the Korean Wave". It’s expected that more accurate and improved further research might be possible if we could analyze it with basing on the quantified variables for "the Korean Wave".
