The scholars in orientation of pragmatic translation have got achievements in terms of both theory and practice, as well as the emerging of Translation-aided tools. As is known to all, the texts of literary texts are of great difference to specific technical texts, due to the special features of technical texts, various studies on functionalism have been conducted.
