In this paper, by collecting corpus, counting statistics, and under theguidance of error analysis theory, we will analyze the wrongly written Chinesecharacters from beginners, primary to the secondary students in Vietnam students’writing assignments corpus. The whole text is divided into five parts, including theintroduction, writing error analysis, error causes, strategies and summary.The introduction will tell us the main topic of this paper, the reasons why wechoose it, the purpose and significance of the topic, the source and scope of thecorpus, the theoretical basis for Chinese character bias profiles,which overviewsthe early researches on overall students’ written Chinese characters bias, andsummarizes the current researches on Vietnamese students’ characters bias. Thesecond chapter is the central part of full text, and will analyze the statistical data,and then make a conclusion based on describing the various stages of Chinesecharacter bias case. The third chapter, from interlingual transfer migration, theintralingual transfer migration, learning strategies to the teaching mistakes, is tomake a research into the reasons why the students have written the wrongcharacters. The fourth chapter, from teachers’ teaching, students’ learningstrategies to teaching materials, is to give some advices. The fifth chapter is asummary of the full text and points out its shortcomings.
