The Interaction Between National And Civil Society In The Process Of New Rural Culture Construction

This article is based on Chinese anthropologists study and they put forward the thinking logic of "the small place-the big society", the author attempts to use Hongxiang village, a small village as the starting point of the research "the situation rural culture construction". This study is in the process of new rural culture construction and it’s about the investigation of country provide Hongxiang village with cultural facilities such as "hardware"and "software",We tried to have a comprehensive understanding about the situation of The new rural culture construction in Hongxiang village, and on this basis we use the analysis path of the "state-society" to discussion the logic and interaction between country、local government and civil society in the process of new rural culture construction. And modern as outside powers is inevitable, so the impact and influence of modernization of Hongxiang village is also one of the focuses of this study.In essence, country with the situation rural culture construction is a kind of reform oriented by the government, from the logic of countries, according to the national interests and intentions to conscious support folk culture, shape, requisition and design. In contrast, the folk society response to the national logic, is not to accept all the national idea, but under the surface of cooperate still follow some owe logic. And modernization way with no traces of influence and impact of folk culture, at this point the national protection and inheritance of folk culture is very important. This paper suggests the thinking from here, how should the benign interaction between state and folk society, the country should be how to offer protection and help, as the folk culture against modern erosion to provide more support.
