| The study uses a strict and scientific questionnaire development program to compile themaster graduates’ professional satisfaction questionnaire. Through testing, the questionnairehas good reliability and validity, can be used as an effective measuring way to research mastergraduates’ professional satisfaction. The study investigated the overall level of mastergraduates’ professional satisfaction and the influence of demographic factors on mastergraduates’ professional satisfaction, by using the master graduates’ professional satisfactionquestionnaire. The study also investigated the relationship between master graduates’professional satisfaction and attributional style, therefore revealing how attributional styleinfluence master graduates’ professional satisfaction. Final, using the outward bound trainingto intervention the master graduates’ professional satisfaction. All this are made in order toprovide new perspectives and methods to improve the master graduates’ professionalsatisfaction.The resules show that:(1) The questionnaire of master graduates’ professional satisfaction consists of4factors:Professional loyalty, professional attraction, Professional fitness, professional obtainemployment expectation, Professional use frequency and Teaching resources. thequestionnaire has good reliability and validity, can be used as an effective measuring way toresearch master graduates’ professional satisfaction.(2) In general, master graduates’ professional satisfaction is in a medium level, In theindividual factors, the scored slightly lower than the theoretical value. Master graduates’professional satisfaction have no significant differences in gender, major and whether hadcrossed major, but have significant differences in whether had work experience. The levelof professional satisfaction with students who have work experience are significantly higherthan that of no work experience.(3) The master graduates’ professional satisfaction is partly related to attributional style.(4) Using the outward bound training to intervention the master graduates’ professionalsatisfaction, the resules show that outward bound training is proved to be valid for improvingthe master graduates’ professional satisfaction. |
