In recent years,with the development of our economy,people’s consumption levelhas a greater degree increase.With the material consumption growing,there are manynew demands on the quantity and quality of cultural consumption.It is important todevelop cultural industries and promote the optimization that development of culturalconsumption.The discuss about cultural consumption issues gradually warming byacademic and theorists,and achieved some results,for the writing of this paper provide afoundation.In this paper,the study mainly about development of culture consumption.Full-textconsists of three parts, the first part from the theoretical analysis of themeaning,characteristics, features and significance of cultural consumption.Culturalconsumption mainly refers to the appreciation,enjoyment and use of the spiritual culturalproducts and services,it has symbolic,value-added, inheritance,it is mainly impacted byculture consumer,cultural products and cultural consumption market and other factors.Raising the cultural consumption level not only can promote cultural industries andeconomic development,but also promote social civilization and progress and culturalinnovation.The second part mainly from four aspect research on the acquireachievements,favorable factors,exist important and causes about current development ofChina’s culture consumption.With policy support, enrich of culture products andconsumer demands release, in total and structure of our culture consumption have maderemarkable achievements.But there are some problems,including fall behind of culturalconsumption concept,unbalanced about regional cultural consumption development,culture consumption services system is imperfect,the local culture lack of competitiveand rural cultural consumption lack of capacity.The reasons of these phenomenons aremultifaceted,in this article mainly from the following aspects analysis:the constraints ofeconomic development, the expanded of income gap, the principal part quality is not highof cultural consumption,innovative products insufficient and foreign culture shock.The third part analyzes how to promote China’s cultural consumption healthydevelopment. Mainly based on the second part discussed about China’s culture consumption existing problems, targeted from five aspects propose appropriatecountermeasures,including foster healthy cultural consumption concept,establishmentpolicy systems of cultural consumption,strengthen the supply of culturalproducts,implementation brand strategy and enhancing the rural cultural consumptioncapability.Therefore, only by promoting people’s subjective sense of and strengthen thesystem can promote innovation and development of cultural consumption.
