Research On The Current Construction Situation And Countermeasures Of Chinese Advanced Culture In The Network Environment

After thirty years of rapid development, the Internet has developed from a purely ITtechnology into all aspects of society, forming a content-rich, huge impact, ubiquitousnetwork environment. It plays a significant role on information communication of socialreality and the socio-economic and political developments. At the same time, networksociety which is virtual, open, interactive and connective, also has a huge affect on culturaldevelopment.Report on the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of Chinaproposed developing a strong socialist culture in China, improving the contents of onlineservices and advocating healthy themes on the Internet, strengthening social managementof the Internet and promoting orderly network operation in accordance with laws andregulations. We must adhere to the goal of advancing socialist culture, deepen ourawareness of and confidence in Chinese culture, and strive to meet the grand goal ofdeveloping a strong socialist culture in China. Construction of Chinese advanced culturenetwork environment has important strategic significance. Based on analyzing the featureof development of the network environment and the current construction situation ofChinese advanced culture, we can see that the network environment provide an opportunityfor the construction of Chinese advanced culture and promote the development ofadvanced culture on the one hand, it also brings a negative effect on the other hand, sothere are some problems of advanced culture. The root of its problems are mainly fromfour aspects: network environment weakens the leading role of the party in themanagement of advanced culture; Chinese advanced culture in the network environmentfaces the extrusion of external environment; The mass foundation of advanced culture inthe network environment is weak; the mainstream of advanced culture and non-mainstreamof various network culture conflicts.According to the four aspects of the problems, this paper puts forward the followingcountermeasures: first, we must adhere to the leadership of the communist party of Chinain the network environment, making corresponding development mechanism of theadvanced culture; second, the advanced culture construction in the network environmentshould be based on the excellent Chinese traditional culture, strengthening the nationalityof Chinese advanced culture; third, we must strengthen the infrastructure construction ofadvanced culture, enrich the connotation of the advanced culture and strengthen theideological and moral construction in the network environment at the same time,improving scientific and cultural qualities of the masses of the network society in anall-round way; fourth, we should guide network culture industrialization reasonably, andprovide a normative and positive platform and space for non-mainstream culture, makingit a mainstream beneficial complement of advanced culture and realizing the harmonyprosperity of the mainstream culture and non-mainstream culture.
