Terminology is the edge science between natural sciences and social sciences. Terminology specially discusses the concept of the terminology, classification of concept and disciplines of terminology naming. In a word terminology is on the base of linguistics, logic and ontology. With The rapid development of modern science and technology has effect on terminology. Firstly, interdisciplinary term is tool that scientists exchange academy; Secondly, the birth of new disciplines inevitably create a number of new terms that represent the new concepts and vocabulary. The conclusion as follow,Firstly, from the perspective of word formation1953(54.09%) ofmedical term are a compound words,1063(29.44%) of medical termsare simple words,594(16.45%)of medical term are derived words. In3606of Chinese medical terminology2424(67.22%) of medical terms are a compound words,1010(28.00%) of the medical terms are phrases,172(4.78%) of medical terms are simple words.Secondly, from the point of view of etymology, in3610of Korean medical terminology,2310(63.99%) of medical terms for Chinesewords, only216(5.98%) of medical terms are Korean words,180(5%) of medical terminology are formed by a foreign words. In3606Chinese medical terminology,3514(97.45%) of medical terms are chinese Chinese words31(0.86%) of medical terms are formed by a foreign words. Third, in Korean medical terminology, inclusion degree of root are23.5%, in Chinese medical terminology, inclusion degree of root are33.7%, and64%of Korean medical term are composed of Chinese Words, w hile97.4%of Chinese medical terminology are formedby Chinese words, which leads to understanding ability of Koreanmedical term is lower t han the ability to understand Chinese terminology.
