With the development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, moreand more foreign learners choose to come to China to study Chinese,and requirement ofTCSL teachers is higher and higher. The quality of TCSL teachers is very important toteaching Chinese as a foreign language. Good foreign language teachers can understandstudents’ differences and demands, focus on students’ learning situation and thedevelopment of mental status changes,adjust the psychological and emotional at any time,treat the evaluation from themselves and others objectively, be good at communicationand dealing with interpersonal relations,then get the recognition from the studentsfinally.At present the evaluation of TCSL teachers has no unified standard. In this paper,based on the current problems existing in the evaluation,through a lot of investigation andinterview, get the students’evaluation and requirements of Chinese teachers,comprehensive researchers consider teachers’ self assessment and evaluation, build a newevaluation standards of TCSL teachers.At the same time, concerning the nationaldifferences in statistics,this paper will put forward some reasonable suggestions to thetraining of TCSL teachers in order to improve teachers’ quality, promote the developmentof teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In this dissertation,there are six parts:Chapter I IntroductionChapter II Self Cognition and Evaluation of TCSL TeachersChapter III At Present the Domestic Evaluation of TCSL TeachersChapter IV Foreign Students Evaluation Standard to TCSL TeachersChapter V Evaluation Questionnaire Research of TCSL Teachers...
