The Research On Qiludeng’s Aesthetic Thought

The Ming and Qing Dynasty was the golden age of chinese classicalnovels.Chinese fictions are not only productive and varied, but also have gained greatachievements, Qilu Deng was famous for its depth of thought, with the high standard ofart among those chinese fictions, however current study and relevant academicachievements on Qilu Deng mostly concentrate on its literal value, regardless of itsaesthetical value, therefore this paper will analyse Qilu Deng from the prospective ofaesthetics, meanwhile with angles of its historical background, social trend (such as“Syncretism of three Religions”),to further explore the formation of esthetical conceptand distinctive characters, from the Ming to the Qing Dynasty. My article intend toreveal potential aesthetical connotaion in Qilu Deng from the following aspects:The introduction part is mainly the present situation of research on Qilu Deng, andchoose to study the significance of the subject, the main research methods, researchcontents and innovative points is introduced.The text is divided into fourchapters.Firstly, we can begin with the author of this novel, for instance, his educationalbackground,life experience or social circumstance.On the premise ofpolitical,economical, social condition within this age, to explain his unique creativemodel and sense of aesthetic.Secondly, to analyze typical figures of this novel in details,then take the reflection of author’s ideas,which was hidden in the personalcharacteristics of those figures. At the same time, whereas figures’ behaviour always becollected with ethical conception, thus we could relatively analyze the ethical aestheticsense from those typical person.Thirdly, to focus on the social trend “Syncretism ofthree Religions”,try to integrate relevant aesthetical theories with ethics and religiousvalues, furthermore, find out Ethical Aesthetics in this novel.Fourthly,to seek out itssocial significance,positive impact on social problems,by linking aesthetical conceptionof novel with daily life.The conclusion part is the summary of papers.
