A Translation Report Of Government Work Report Of Heilongjiang Province In2013

Today as the growing strength of National Power and the constantly deepen offoreign exchange; the comprehensive strength of our province also achieved therapid development. Therefore, the development process of C-E translation in ourprovince is becoming more and more important. The annual government work reportcan be said to be one of the most important document in foreign publicity translation,because it is my province is a programmatic document for future development, notonly summed up last year’s overall development situation in our province, and pointsout the direction for the development of our province next year. So its text translationis not only an important part of foreign exchanges for our province, also is the linkfor world understanding our province. Moreover, it has played a role in presentingthe international status of our province.Because in the government work report of our province having little Japanesetranslation version, I tried to extract10,000words from the “Government WorkReport of Heilongjiang Province in2013” as the translating text. Based on analyzingthe background, nature and characteristics of the text, the author use the learnedtranslating knowledge, together with the help of teachers, experts and the students tofinish the translation task. Through summarized some substantive issues in theprocess of translation, and made the error in the process of translation as an example,the author in-depth studied the Japanese translation methods and techniques ofdocument text, and put forward some general, feasibility of the translation strategies.The author hope that through the translation practice, at the one hand, it can let theJapanese friends better understand the overall development of our province, andpromote the development Japanese translation of our province, on the other hand, theauthor wants the summarized general translation methods and skills in thistranslation practice to provide reference and guidance for translating such text in thefuture.This paper is divided into four parts. The author mainly introduces the background, the nature and characteristics of the document text in the first part;describes the process of the translation from the macro in the second part. The thirdpart is the core of this paper, the author reduces to the problems in the translating intothree kinds of problems including words, sentences, and other problems andrespectively analyzes the worth noting problems combined with examples in thetranslation of document text and analyze the translation skills; analyzes andsummarizes the achievement and shortcomings in this translation practice in thefourth part.
