The research mainly in the embodied cognition, and choose "color" and "Chinese idiom" thatpeople often contact but often neglected as objects of the research. And verify they will havesubstantial influence on people’s cognition. The paper apply the color "cold, warm " and Chineseidiom "cold, warm meaning" as two independent variables, the emotional perception as dependentvariable. To explore the color and Chinese idiom have influence on people’s emotional perception.The study designs three experiments to explore "color","Chinese idiom" have or not effect onpeople’s mood. The experiment1plan to probe "cold, warm " impact on emotion perception. Theexperiment2want to explore "achromatic cold, warm words" affect on emotion perception. Theexperiment3want to explore "warm+cold words" and "cold tonal+warm words" affect onemotion perception. The results show that the experiment1can’t explore color has a significanteffect on people’s mood. The results2verify there is the concept of “warm words-positive “and“cold words–negative” metaphor for the connection in people cognition.The experiment3proves there are "cold tonal+warm words-positive" and "warm+cold words-negative"intrinsic metaphor in the concept of people cognition.The results showed that experiment1to explore color perception have no significantimpact on people’s emotions. The second experiment to verify the concept people’s perception thereis a "warm words-positive""cold words-negative" metaphor join in one’s mind. Third experimentvalidated the concept of people’s perception, there is a "cold tones+warm words-positive" and"warm+cold words-negative" metaphor inherent connection.
