Zha Pu (1652-1733), was born in Haining city, Zhejiang Province. He had worken a large of number of works, which had achieved a high level of artistic achievement, including Zha Pu wrote twelve volumes of ZhaPu ShiChao, two volumes of ZhaPu JiWen, NanBei ShiShixiaolu,YinYun TongKao. Zha. family of Haining was Southeast cultural family and it had a profound family tradition and learning, especially in the Qing Dynasty of Kangxi. Zha Pu’s contribution was overlooked for the study of Zha family of Haining which was more focused on his brother of Zha Shenxing. This paper takes Zha Pu and ZhaPu ShiChao set as the research object.For Zha Pu’s family, life-time activity, sorted out the problem such as Zha Pu and Kangxi’s poetry, and on the basis of analyzing the ideological content and artistic features of poetry,makes every effort to restore its influence and status in Qing Dynasty.So far,his chronicle has yet been published in academic circles,this paper compiles the Zha Pu chroicle for the first time which would has important significance for the research of Zha Pu.This paper is divided into two parts.First of all,the introduces the basic situation of Zha Pu and research of the situation,analyzes the thesis topic selection of value and the research methods.The first chapter has four main components about the research of Zha Pu and his poetry:The first part is about Zha Pu’s family situation and life-time activity. About family situation, the article discusses some important sibs that had strong influence on Zha Pu,including his father Zha Songji, his mather ZhongYun, his elder uncle Zha Jizuo, his brother Zha Shenxing,Zha Sihan, nephew Zha Sheng. About life-time activity, the article discusses four important period in Zha Pu’s life and thinking, including the roam times, the official times, the home times, and the exile times. The second part surveys Zha Pu and Kangxi’s poetry, the article discusses the communication of Zha Pu with his teacher and ZhuYizun, and surveys Zha Pu’s poetry view.The third part is the research of Zha Pu’s ideological content of poetry in three aspects,one is the poems which deseribe the experience in roam,second is the poems which record of the events and reflect all kinds of emotions, third is chanting poems and poems on paintings.The forth part is the research of Zha Pu’s artistic characteristics of poetry,obtaining three features of his poetry.Zha Pu is good at line drawing; impassioned is the major style of Zha Pu’s poetry, but there are also some other different styles in his poems;in his poems, the language is easy to understand.The secend chapter is the Zha Pu chronicle. This chronicle biography tries to widely collet the data of Zha Pu’s life and expenrience as well as related historical material,in order to sort out, verify and finally make a textual research of them.The main researches as follow:basically sorting the chronology of Zha Pu’s life and experience; making some collection and verification on the intercourse of Zha Pu’s and others related experience of his friends as well; making verification of partly poems on ZhaPu ShiChao. The Zha Pu chronicle will be important to the reseach of Zha Pu.
