ObjectiveThis study by use the Symptom Checklist (SCL-90) through longitudinal studiesand cross-sectional study of immigrants, analyze the difference after the interventionand former immigration intervention and non-intervention immigrants and their hearthealth related factors, assess the effect of immigrant mental health intervention, inorder to set an evidence to formulate a rational, scientific and feasible psychologicalinterventions for the migrated people and people have migrated.MethodsThis study combined with the method of multi-stage sampling, stratifiedsampling and cluster sampling. The immigration be divided into the interventiongroup and the control group. A range of interventions has been used on the group ofimmigration intervention at the end of the preliminary investigation. the group ofcomparison immigrants does not accept any intervention. By use the questionnaire ofbasic situation of migrants and (SCL-90),we questionnaire the intervened immigrantsof Danjiangkou Reservoir and immigrants who was not involved, by use of(SPSS17.0) we make the univariate and multivariate analysis to understand theintervention effects of immigrant mental health.Results1. Intervention immigrants’ SCL-90each factor and total scores weresignificantly lower than the control immigration and immigrants beforeintervention.(P <0.05)2.Compared with non-intervention immigrants, the mental health status ofintervened immigrants were much better than non-intervention immigrants in sexgroup,30~45~60~age group, illiterate, primary and junior high school educationgroup, married and divorced or widowed marital groups, professional groups, andincome levels of economic groups in2PL~. 3.Compared with the former immigration intervention, the mental health statusof intervened immigrants were much better than immigrants before intervention insex group,15~45~30~and age group, junior and high school education group,unmarried and married marriage group, income level of farmers and economic groupsin2PL~.4.The mental health status of intervened immigrants were worse in15~, thenon-agricultural group and0~.5. After the intervention immigrants subjective feelings of self-respect,intervention immigrants who have poor evaluation of policy implementation anddevelopment of confidence have poorer mental health status. Intervention migrantswho have good evaluation of living and customs resilience significantly have bettermental health status evaluation of interventions in general and poor immigrants. Goodhealth of intervention immigrants’ mental health status interventions are better.ConclusionsThis study by use the research of South Danjiangkou reservoir resettlementpsychological condition after intervention, trough stratified analysis and factorsanalysis and from several aspects such like gender, age, educational level, maritalstatus, analysed the intervention effects of Danjiangkou reservoir resettlement mentalhealth. Through this survey, we found that the mental health status of intervenedimmigrants were much better than the former immigration intervention andnon-intervention immigrants. Mental health of intervention immigrants’ subjectivefactors are resettlement customs and policy satisfaction and so on. I hope that relevantdepartments according to my study, researching the assessment of the effect ofimmigration intervention, improve the program of immigration psychologicalintervention, provide the basis for the similar work carried out in the future.
