The purpose of this research is to investigate the structure of the enterprise leader’s corruption, and develop a questionnaire on the enterprise leader’s corruption with good measure criterion, and then apply the questionnaire to actual research preliminarily. First, based on the related literatures at home and abroad, combined with the results of individual structured interview, this study put forward the concept and construct of the enterprise leader’s corruption, and developed preliminary questionnaire of enterprise leader’s corruption. Then we examined the construct of the enterprise leader’s corruption with the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis methods, at the same time, we also analyzed the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, then form the formal questionnaire. Finally, we discussed the current situation of enterprise leader’s corruption, and the relationships with employees’self-esteem and job involvement. The results are as follows:(1)The enterprise leader’s corruption includes four factors:power use, resource utilization, promotion system and life style.(2)The enterprise leader’s corruption assessment scale developed by this study has good reliability and validity, which means that this scale can be used to measure the enterprise leader’s corruption.(3)The current situation of the enterprise leader’s corruption as following:The overall level of our country enterprise leader’s corruption is medium. There are significant age differences in the power use dimension:the score of power use dimensions of26-35years old is significantly higher than36-45years of age. There are also significant differences in leaders’ different levels of education background.(4) The enterprise leader’s corruption has a significant positive correlation with employees’self-esteem and job involvement. Employees’self-esteem had a complete mediating effect on the relationship between the enterprise leader’s corruption and employees’job involvement.
