This study is to investigate status of stress, resilience and subjective well-being ofgraduate student, and then explore the relationship among stress, resilience and subjectivewell-being. Finally it explores the mediator role of resilience between stress and subjectivewell-being. Using questionnaire research and interview study as method. Questionnaireresearch chooses550graduate students in the local university of Changchun, and theinterview study chooses6in the local university of Changchun. Using the SPSS17.0toanalysis the data, the study results are followed:1.The stress of graduate student is placed in the medium level. Stress of each dimensionis separately by the order of employment stress, academic research and development stress,the self-efficiency stress and interpersonal stress. The graduate students of different gender,origin of sudent,relationship status get significant different scores in the aspect of the totalstress. The graduate students of different work experience, grades type, professional typeshow significant differences in some dimensions of stress. The graduate students of differentstudent type, whether the one-child, whether as a student cadre and so on get non-significantdifferent scores in the stress.2.The graduate students’ resilience is generally higher than the average in the total scoreand in the dimensions of resilience. Resilience of each dimension is separately by the order ofoptimism, internal control, acceptance, support and coping.The graduate students of differentorigin of sudent get significant different scores in the aspect of the total resilience. Thegraduate students of different work experience, grades type, Whether for consultation,whether feel the need for mental health help show significant differences in some dimensionsof resilience.The graduate students of different gender,student type, professional type,whetherthe one-child, whether as a student cadre,whether know the way for help get non-significantdifferent scores in the stress.3.The graduate students’ subjective well-being is generally higher than the average. Thegraduate students of different professional type,origin of sudent,relationship type getsignificant different scores in the aspect of life satisfaction. The graduate students of differentgender, relationship type, work experience get significant different scores in the aspect ofpositive affect. The graduate students of different idea bout whether feel the need for mentalhealth help get significant different scores in the aspect of the general subjectivewell-being.The graduate students of different origin of studengt show significant differencesin the dimension of negative affect.The graduate students of different grade type,student type,whether the one-child, whether as a student cadre,whether know the way for help,Whether for consultation get non-significant different scores in subjective well-being.4.The graduate students’ stress has significant negative relationship with resilience.Except the academic and scientific research stress,other dimensions of stress all have negativerelationship with dimensions of resilience.5.The graduate students’ resilience has significant positive relationship with subjectivewell-being. The five dimensions of resilience have significant positive relationship with thethe general subjective well-being, life satisfaction and positive affect. And these dimensionsof resilience all have negative relationship with negative affect.6.The graduate students’ stress has significant negative relationship with sub jectivewell-being. Except the academic and scientific research stress has no relationship with lifesatisfaction,other dimensions of stress all have negative relationship with general subjectivewell-being, life satisfaction and positive affect. And all these dimensions of stress havepositive relationship with negative affect.7.Resilience plays the role of intermediation between the stress of graduate students andsubjective well-being.
