This article selects237Ci of Zou Zhimo from the Shun Kang volume of Quan QingCi as the object of research, summarizes the tone characteristics respectively. In addition,referencing to his Yi Sheng Chu Ji and Yuan Zhi Zhai Ci Zhong, the article carries outcomprehensive research on Zou Zhimo’s life, friends and his theories of Ci and his Ci,riches the research status of Zou Zhimo, at the same time, locates the position of ZouZhimo in the history of the Qing Ci. From researching Zou Zhimo to understand thedevelopment of the beginning of the Qing Ci, and understand the situation of the earlyQing Dynasty’s every Ci groups and Ci.The first part of this article is a simple overview of the life and friends of ZouZhimo, to know the Ci from the background, and then analyzes the main ideas of his Ci.The second part completely studies the Zou Zhimo’s theory thoughts, andsystematically summaries his various comments and his theories of the Yuan Zhai CiZhong.The third part mainly rearches Zou Zhimo’s Ci. According to the documents method,his Ci is divided into the leisure game, chanting things, missing, chanting ancient and soon, and separately illustrates to studies each kind of Ci.The fourth part analyses artistic characteristics of the Ci of Zou Zhimo, and mainlyconcentrates in the style.The fifth part is an overview of the inheritance and innovation of Zou Zhimo’s Ci.He inherited the Hua Jian group, and had some Ci about love and sadness, starts the Cihistory version of Chen Weisong, put forward the topic about the Ci history, had aprofound impact on future generations.The last part expounds Zou Zhimo’s position and influence in the Ci history of QingDynasty, Zou Zhimo not only explained Ci in phonology, emotional and sustenance, andapplied the theory to the practice, created many outstanding Ci.
