Since the1930s, scholars at home and abroad have shown great concern to the theory ofcorporate social responsibility which has gradually taken its shape through the researches doneby western scholars. Since the reform and opening up took place in China, the absence of socialresponsibility of enterprises caused by the decline of entrepreneurs’ morality has affected theimage of enterprises greatly. This gives rise to the suspicion of the corporate socialresponsibility and hurts public feelings. This also hinders the construction of a well-off societyand the realization of Chinese dream to some degree. The corporate social responsibility is aconcrete embodiment and a social carrier of the entrepreneurs’ morality. It guilds the directionof development of enterprises and strengthens the harmony and stability of social developmentas well. In accordance with the role of corporate social responsibility and entrepreneurs’ senseof responsibility and mission, entrepreneurs’ morality, as an important guarantee for therealization of this responsibility, has the rationality in theory. To strengthen the cultivation ofentrepreneurs’ morality from a new perspective of corporate social responsibility and tostrengthen the awareness of corporate social responsibility from within are the key points tosolve the problem.In order to analyze the connotation of corporate social responsibility and entrepreneurs’morality, this paper, studied from the perspective of corporate social responsibility, focuses onthe entrepreneurs’ morality which serves as an important support to clarify the relationshipbetween the two concepts mentioned above. This thesis tries to figure out the causes of somepractical problems aroused by the absence of the entrepreneurs’ morality, such asenvironmental pollution, the market share possessed by counterfeit products, unfair competition,tax evasion etc.. The conclusion is that the reason why these problems arise is because the lackof public opinion to constraint the entrepreneurs’ morality, the weakness of the supervision bythe government departments and relevant industrial associations and the slack of moralconstruction requirements due to the lack of comprehensive quality of entrepreneursthemselves’. Aimed at solving the problem of the absence of social responsibility of enterprisescaused by the decline of entrepreneurs’ morality, the corresponding strategies to strengthen theconstruction of corporate social responsibility are put forward. By cultivating conscience,developing a sense of responsibility, enhancing the sense of justice and raising awareness ofintegrity, the entrepreneurs’ moral consciousness will be strengthened and the construction ofcorporate social responsibility will be improved gradually.
