Research On The Construction Of Corporate Ethical Responsibility In China Under The Background Of Globalization

In the context of globalization,economies are increasingly connected,and human life is developing on a global scale.Globalization has put forward new requirements for the overall development of enterprises,and the construction of corporate ethical responsibility has become the embodiment of enterprise competitiveness.Under the background of globalization,the research on the construction of Corporate ethical responsibility in China can theoretically further clarify the significance of the construction of corporate ethical responsibility,clarify the concept of corporate ethical responsibility,the relationship between corporate ethical responsibility and social responsibility,and the constituent elements of corporate ethical responsibility.In practice,on the one hand,it can promote the construction of ethical responsibility of Chinese enterprises and make enterprises gain greater advantages in the global competition;On the other hand,it will help solve security,human rights and environmental issues,and contribute to the people’s well-being,social harmony and stability,and the country’s long-term development.This paper uses case method and interview method to study the current situation of the construction of Corporate ethical responsibility in China under the background of globalization,summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the construction of corporate ethical responsibility in China,analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward solutions.The paper is divided into four parts.Through the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars relevant research results and corporate social responsibility standard guidelines,it is concluded that the basic definition of the enterprise ethics responsibility: the enterprise ethics responsibility refers to the enterprise as the main body,behavior in the production and business operation activities,should comply with the ethics,to social moral and ethical responsibility,and the ethical anomie behavior to undertake the corresponding consequences.Through the analysis of corporate ethical responsibility standard guidelines at home and abroad and relevant academic studies,the relevant elements of corporate ethical responsibility are summarized as follows: corporate organizational governance,labor rights and interests protection,environmental protection,fair operation,consumer rights and interests protection,social contribution.Firstly,it discusses the necessity of the construction of corporate ethical responsibility in China under the background of globalization.Necessity can be divided into international motivation and domestic motivation.The international motivation includes the strengthening of global corporate connection,the birth of international business rules and the rise of corporate social responsibility movement.The domestic motivation includes the need of enterprises’ all-round development,the important way of China’s social harmony and stability,and the important means of China’s economy to cope with global competition.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the construction of Corporate ethical responsibility in China under the background of globalization,and clarifies the achievements,shortcomings and causes of the construction of corporate ethical responsibility in China under the background of globalization.The achievements are mainly reflected in the continuous improvement of enterprise organizational governance,outstanding achievements in the protection of labor rights and interests,outstanding achievements in environmental protection,enhanced awareness of social contribution and outstanding achievements in fulfilling responsibilities.The deficiencies mainly include: serious deficiencies in corporate organizational governance,a few enterprises ignore the protection of labor rights and interests,some enterprises lack environmental protection awareness,some enterprises ignore fair operation,the responsibility of protecting consumer rights and interests needs to be strengthened,and some enterprises do not fulfill the responsibility of social contribution.The reasons for the deficiency are mainly the cognition deviation of corporate ethical responsibility,the insufficient guidance and supervision of government and society,the lack of systematic corporate ethical responsibility standard guide with Chinese characteristics and the lack of professional personnel.Finally,the paper proposes solutions to the problems existing in the construction of Corporate ethical responsibility in China under the background of globalization.From the macro level,the government should give full play to governance and guidance to create a good policy,market and government affairs environment for enterprises.At the intermediate level,the society should strengthen supervision and give full play to the promoting role of industry associations,public opinion and stakeholders in fulfilling the ethical responsibility of enterprises.From the micro level,enterprises should strengthen their own ethical responsibility construction and implementation mechanism,strengthen the cultivation of corporate ethical responsibility consciousness,improve the organizational governance ability of corporate ethical responsibility
