Research On The Forest Culture Of Chenzhou City’s National Forest City Construction

Urbanization is an inevitable process of social and economic development of our human experience, and is a relatively irreversible process, but also is the only way for a country to modernization and globalization. The high degree of material civilization is not only a great social progress, but also initiates a series of environmental problems. Constructing forest city is a new approach for human to improve and solve a series of environmental problems. Forest eco-city is the harmony between human and nature, the innovation carrier to achieve balanced development of social and ecological environment. Moreover, the urban forest culture is generated through the harmony between human and nature, representing the orientation of advanced culture. Strongly promoting and developing urban forests culture with Chinese characteristics can continuously enrich and meet material and cultural requirements that current human willing to return to nature, meanwhile it has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the sustainable development of economic society and environmental resources. How to construct forest city and how to promote urban forest culture have become a hot research topic.The urban forest culture of Chenzhou city in Hunan province was used as the research object. The research background, purpose and significance were surveyed. The research object, research methods and technical route were decided. Then it provides an systematically overview of the concepts related to the urban forest culture with fully understanding of the research process at home and abroad. Further continuing and expanding the urban forest culture research on the basis of the predecessors study showing the importance of urban forest culture research in the urban construction and being as the solid foundation of ecological civilization construction of the whole society; and a field research and analysis were conducted on the basic conditions of Chenzhou city forest system, by introducing the specific local characteristics and its content to reflect the style of the urban forest culture.Moreover, quantify theChenzhou urban research and evaluate the urban forest culture. The score of Chenzhou urban forest culture through calculation was81.9(point out of100) which reached the level â…¡, which showed that Chenzhou urban forest culture level is high and need to be further improved. At last, analyze the construction of Chenzhou urban forest culture and put forward the feasible planning advice.In a summary, Chenzhou city should actively promote all-round construction of urban forest culture system, improve the construction team of the urban forest culture, broaden the ways of the construction investment, increase the amount of forestations, widely spread and raise the level of the whole people to participate in and actively carry out urban forest propaganda activities.The research on urban forest culture of Chenzhou city not only can promote the urban construction in local region, but also can be used to as experience and pilot for other cities to build urban forest culture system in our country.
