1910s, many people on the Korean peninsula as South Korea and Japan signed the Treaty of AVID, in order to survive and emigrated to the three northeastern provinces, setting off a period of national independence movement climax. In1905, the patriots who had explored the construction of the base of the independence movement in the road outside the Korean peninsula, and the establishment of the main train Fatherland Liberation Movement-Emerging Independence Army Training Institute (between West Island), through the issue of "Emerging Alumni News" to inside and outside the Korean peninsula patriots who had continued to publicize the times of emancipating the mind and independence of the motherland "Emerging Alumni News" reflects the1910s in China and the Korean people living with the reality of the independence movement, was active in the independence movement and the country has played a key role in the victory.
