This paper analyzes and summarizes the background that generated the Qing northeast exile poetry, exiles’culture, poetry creation of exiles and psychological status of exiles, and focuses on the study of the materials, spiritual essence and artistic expression of the Qing northeast exiles’native place poetry through specific verses. In this way, readers can experience the dense native place emotion in the poems, realize the unique charm and contributions of the northeast exile poetry and the importance and glorious achievements of the northeast exile poetry in China’s ancient literature history.The tough exile life gave the Qing northeast exiles a unique life experience. Coupled with the influence of the northeast border region’s natural and cultural environment, the bleak and stirring northeast exile poetry was generated. Northeast exile poetry represents the highest achievement of the literature in China’s northeast region. It is also a unique poetry phenomenon different from the dominant style in the literature field of the Qing Dynasty.
