With the development of China’s industrialization and urbanization, population movements are increased frequently and a large number of children have been living in city with their parents. Their vision has become wider. They got rid of the original living environment into a strange new environment. Due to the poor family environment, reality of increased movement, teachers" prejudice and discrimination and exclusion caused by the society system, the children are confronted with role reversion, lifestyle change, values adaption and so on. All of these problems would have a negative impact on their health. Migrant children are in a critical period of psychology and behavior development. They are vulnerable to external discrimination. Especially in the constantly changing environment, it is easy to form autistic character and reluctant to contact with the surrounding new environment. To some extent, migrant children may generate self-esteem, fear and anxiety.In recent years, the problem of migrant children’s enrollment has got the attention of relevant departments. The migrant children have been exposed to psychological and behavioral problems. This study was designed to investigate the status of migrant children perception of discrimination and social anxiety, and explored effective psychological intervention program for China’s migrant children to reduce the level of social anxiety.This study consists of two parts. The first part is to investigate and explore the relationship between perception of discrimination against migrant children and the level of social anxiety.197migrant children and131non-migrant children were selected for the research. They are measured by Individual Perception of Discrimination Questionnaires, which was made by Liu Xia, and Social Anxiety Scale for Children revised by Ma H. Etc. It is convenient for the author to understand the status of migrant children perception of discrimination and social anxiety comprehensively. The second part is to find the reason for the migrant children’s psychosocial anxiety and develop group counseling solutions to have psychological intervention research on migrant junior students. Group counseling program for the development of community intervention research subjects is based on the survey on the results of the survey. As Group counseling required,30volunteered migrant children were selected to participate in the research. The tested are divided into experimental group and controlled group. The experimental group would be tested with the cognitive-behavioral group intervention for eight times, while the control group unchanged. Then we use Individual Perception of Discrimination Questionnaires and Social Anxiety Scale for Children as a measurement tool to evaluate the two groups. Research was supported by the following results:1. Migrant children perception of discrimination,social anxiety and factor scores were significantly higher than non-migrant children.2. Migrant children perception of discrimination is significantly differed in terms of gender. Boys’perception of discrimination is higher than girls’.3. Migrant children perception of discrimination is significantly differed in the one-child dimension. The one-child is higher than the others.4. The scores of social anxiety among migrant children, fear of negative evaluation factor are differed significantly between genders. Girls scored higher than boys.5. Migrant children’s social anxiety and other factors are significantly differed in the one-child. The non-child-child gained higher scores on social anxiety, social avoidance and distress, while the one-child scored higher on the fear of negative evaluation.6. Migrant children perception of discrimination social anxiety and factor exists a significant positive correlation. Perception of discrimination, social anxiety and factor play a positive predict effect, but the fear of negative evaluation factor has a positive predict effect on perception of discrimination7. The experimental group with psychological intervention scored higher on social anxiety scale than the controlled group.
