In addition, inexperienced translators pay much attention to the comprehending and translating ofsource texts, while experienced translators focus much on revising phase of target texts.(3) Universality is based on the same culture, psychology and cognition ofexperienced and inexperienced translators. While individualities are attributed to fourmain factors: translators’ different practical translation experience, inherent knowledge, mother tongue language levels and commanding of differences between Chinese andEnglish language. As commanding of differences between Chinese and English language plays an important role on translation quality and translation teaching, teachers should address thiscrucial issue in teaching work and translators should enrich their knowledge and get fullunderstanding of type, standard and principle about professional translation to improvetranslation quality.
