Japanese aestheticism literature builds the Japanese aestheticism gorgeous palace of artwhich was emerged in the early twentieth century. By the western aestheticism literature ofdecadent and morbid style effect, it inherits the Japanese aesthetic peculiar character ofMONONO AWARE through absurdity and weird pictures.As one of the Japanese aestheticism genre representatives, TANIZAKI JONITIROUcomposed a lot of unique aestheticism classic works in more than half a century whichfollowed the basic of graceful, restrained and soft of the Japanese literature and cleverlycombined with western literature of straightforward and hyperbole creation technique. Hisworks show the unique aesthetic world of literature and have a great influence to the Japaneseliterature, so the Japanese literary history has used the period of TANIZAKI JONITIROU inorder to highlight his literature influence and position. From the creation of TANIZAKIJONITIROU’s whole life, it is easy to find out the aestheticism in his works. And the style ofhis works changed after the Great Kanto Earthquake.This paper analyses the characteristic aestheticism of TANIZAKI JONITIROU from hismajor work SYUNKINSYOU and also from the society and personal perspective researchesthe causes of creative features in his later stage. Through the ethical and deregulation surfaceimage in the work, the “Japan beauty” can be explored and the relationship between thetradition and the counter tradition could also be found. Through the work of the characters inthe psychological description, we can find the unique ideas for revealing the nature of humannature and could deeply read the significance.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part is TANIZAKI JONITIROU’s life and his work characteristics. The secondpart describes with the birth process of SYONKINSYOU and the theme, and explains thecreative motivation from two different parts. The third part is the content that from theSYONKINSYOU we could find out the work style and the creative reasons. In this part wealso search for the aesthetics tendency in the underlying and analyze the works of human essence from a new perspective. The fourth part of the paper describes the meaning, influenceand the limitation in his works.
