| As a region with exceptionally rich cultural heritage in Japan,the Kansai region has the earliest historical site parks in Japan,and a large number of historical site parks with different characteristics have been established through various subsidized projects.This paper first summarizes the history of development and construction of historical site parks in the Kansai region,and then elaborates on the basic conditions of historical site parks in the region,listing the specific distribution of historical site parks in the two prefectures and five counties,and classifying them according to their scale and type.Next is a thematic study of three aspects of historical site parks.The first is the preparation of historical site parks.Starting from the Cultural Property Protection Law promulgated by the state and various related legal systems promulgated by the local government,sorting out the general process of the preparation work and describing the specific contents of the preparation plan and preparation;secondly,the display design of the historical site park,starting with the display concept,analyzing the concepts of "authenticity","integrity" and "sustainability" conveyed by the display of relics,and discuss the display methods of different relics.Through the introduction of these methods,the display characteristics of historical site parks are explained in detail.Lastly is the management and utilization of historical site parks.On the one hand,based on the Local Autonomy Act and related laws,issued by the local government and related laws,clarifying the changes in the management system of historical parks,and divide the management system into the official system represented by the local government and the management system represented by the general association or NPO.On the other hand,due to the special status and role of historical site parks have been given multiple identities in modern society,such as regional assets and educational resources,and can be used in various ways,such as learning and education,tourism,and leisure,providing a variety of forms and methods for those who use them.The last part is the concluding section,aiming at the relevant characteristics of historical parks,analyzing their advantages and disadvantages,and providing reference and experience for the construction of archaeological site parks in my country. |
