The Research About Dongjiang Revolution’s Experience

Great Dongjiang revolution happened in Dong Jiang region of Guangdong province from1924to1927. Under the background of first cooperation of Kuomintang and CommunistParty, Zhou Enlai came back from Europe and made the acquaintance of Peng Pai and RuanXiaoxian who were the leaders of Party in Dong Jiang at the early period. Zhou Enlai carriedon the revolutionary activities at Dong Jiang region together with Peng Pai and RuanXiaoxian etc. elite by using his director headship advantage of local regime with united frontproperty-Dong Jiang administration committee and double official identification of thesecretary of District Party Committee and military minister in Guangdong and Director of theGeneral Political Department for Army East. They separately used each different status andadvantages, admired each other, cooperated each other and led the great Dong JiangRevolution.They carried on the exploring and attempt during revolution. In the aspect of armedstruggle, they attached importance to peasantry and built the local armed troop-PeasantrySelf-Defense Forces. In the aspect of United Front, they paid attention to keeping theindependence of Communist Party, cooperating with Kuomintang at the same time andcombining every social level to carry on revolution together. In the aspect of Party building,they paid attention to Party building and made great efforts in developing organization andParty member at the basic level. Thereinto, Party leads the army, cooperation betweenKuomintang and Communist Party and United Front, as well as party building at the basiclevel in country etc. unique opinions not only led to their maturing and great contribution torevolution in Dong Jiang and even Guang Dong&Guang Xi, but also accumulated thevaluable experience in striving at the early revolution stage.
