This dissertation focuses on combination of kinetic analysis’ signal amplification effect and solid substrate room temperature phosphorimetry (SS-RTP)’s high sensitivity in order to play unique advantages of both such as high sensitivity, high selectivity, less sample volume and simple operation, based on which to explore new kinetic SS-RTP for determination of stimulants, to study the feasibility of the reaction mechanism, and to apply to the determination of content of clenbuterol (CLB), bumetanide (BMTN) and carvedilol (CV) in biological samples. The first chapter outlined the research development of SS-RTP in recent years, and reviewed methods of doping detection, which provided research idea for this dissertation.Chapter II, a catalytic SS-RTP for determination of CLB was established based on CLB’s catalytic effect on the process of NaIO4 oxidizing eosin Y to quench room temperature phosphorescence signal (RTP), which was simple, rapid, and applicable to residue analysis of CLB in biological samples. Meanwhile, the reaction mechanism of the method was also discussed.Chapter III presented a simple and high sensitive inhibited SS-RTP for determination of BMTN which inhibited formation of [Fe-morin]3+ ([Fe-R]3+) complex, leading to sharp quenching of RTP signal. Rate constant and activation energy of the inhibited reaction were detected. The mechanism was further studied by infrared, ultraviolet and other spectral analysis. The method could be used accurately to analysis trace BMTN in human urine samples. In chapter IV, a sensitive activated SS-RTP for determination of CV was proposed using the sensitivity effect of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) on CV to activate NaClO oxidizing amaranth (AMR). Kinetic parameters of reaction and mechanism were studied. The sensitive, accurate and simple method has been applied to the determination of CV in plasma samples with satisfactory results.Chapter V summarized the research work of this dissertation and prospected the research of kinetic SS-RTP.
