Clinical Study On Curative Effect Of The Acupoint Application Of Tongxiening Path In Chronic Ulcerous Colonitis Of Damp-Heat Syndrome

Objective:To further observe the effect of acupoint application of Tongxiening on patients with chronic ulcerous colonitis of Damp-Heat syndrome and primitively investigate the function mechanism.Methods:58 cases of patients with chronic ulcerous colonitis of Damp-Heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in Treatment group and 28 cases in control group.Treatment group was treated by acupoint application of Tongxiening and control group was treated by oral-taking azulfidine tablet. After one period of treatment, the effect, the changes of TXB2,6-K-PG1 and TXB2/6-K-PGF1αwere observed.Results:1.Both groups have no significant difference In terms of general effect (P>0.05);2.Both groups have significant difference In terms of effect of TCM (P<0.05);3.Comparing each index after treatment with itself before treatment,P-selection of both groups have significant difference(P<0.05).The remaining has significant difference too(P<0.01);4.Comparying between both groups,P-selection、TXB2、6-K-PGF1αTXB2/6-K-PGF1αhave no significant difference before treatment (P<0.05); P-selection and 6-K-PGF1αhave no significant difference (P>0.05) after treatment while TXB2、TXB2/6-K-PGF1αafter treatment have significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupoint application of Tongxiening has the similar effect with oral-taking azulfidine tablet on treatmeng of patients with chronic ulcerous colonitis of Damp-Heat syndrome and has an better effect on them than the latter.With fewer side effect, more convenient usage,better patients’obedience,it is worth populazing;2.Decreasing the level of P-selection in serum,curbing the inflammation may be one of the function mechanism of acupoint application of Tongxiening;3.Regulating the balance of TXB2 and 6-K-PG1,inhibitng activation of platelet,maintaining the stable state of intestines blood vessel, balancing hemostasis and thrombus,then breaking the vicious circle of thrombus and inflammation of intestines blood vessel may be one of the function mechanism of acupoint application of Tongxiening.
