Objective:Through to clinical Study on the Effect of the Granule of Astragalus Hoangtchy and Liquorice and the siqikang on Recurernced by the Patient of CA, Observe the recrudescence numbers of the patients and treatment in front and back level of IL-12 in the serum and circumstance of the clinical excrescence of skin, to decide the clinical treatment of the granule of Astragalus hoangtchy and Liquorice, to validate the mechanism of action about prophylaxis recrudescence of the CA.Method:This research chooses60 patients who was infected the CA,It is divided into 2 average treatment groups by Chinese medicine and Western medicine about a random numerical sheet method, the medicine of the Chinese medicine group:the granule of Astragalus hoangtchy and Liquorice. the medicine of the Western medicine group:siqikang. They all take the medicine continuously for 30 days to measurese the level of IL-12 in the serum and circumstance of the clinical excrescence of skin to assess after using the medcine and before it.To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the granule of Astragalus hoangtchy and Liquorice.to validate the mechanism of action about prophylaxis recrudescence of the CA.Result:(1) The granule of Astragalus hoangtchy and Liquorice can remarkably enhance the level of IL-12 and remarkably promote immunity functionrestoration of the patient of CA in the patient serum.its function is better than siqikang (P<0.05). (2)The granule of Astragalus hoangtchy and Liquorice can remarkably reduce the recurernce rate of the patient of CA(P<0.05).Conclusion:The granule of Astragalus hoangtchy and Liquorice reduces the recurrence of CA.Its mechanism of action is that can enhance the level of IL-12 in the patient serum, Enhances the human body’s immunity. Thus prevent the recrudescence of the patient of CA.
