| Objective To investigate the effect of jiuxiangzhixie granule on the MDA content, SOD activity, pepsin activity in intestinal mitochondrion of the diarrhea rat; intestinal propulsive movement in normal mice;, activity of isolated rabbit intestine induced by actylcholine in rat; the wrenching abdomen reaction induced by acetic acid.Methods.the rat model was established by gastric gavage with 40% senna leaf decoction, colon was grind into 10% homogenate with saline as homogenization medium, centrifugate,and then separate mitochondria to determine the contents of MDA,the activity of SOD. protein determination was used coomassie brilliant blue staining; Collect and centrifugate the gastric juice after the rat was anesthetized by urethane, and then absorb the supernatants to analysis.The speed of small intestine moving forward was measured by charcoal powder mothed; The rat model was established by injected acetylcholine,and then recorded a contraction curve; Determination of the number and time of twisting body in rat which was injected glacial acetic acid into abdominal cavity.Results jiuxiangzhixie granule could lower the content of MDA、increase the activity of SOD, and the function were superior to that of changkang tablet (P< 0.01); jiuxiangzhixie granule could add the activity of gastric acid, the function were superior to that of changkang tablet (P< 0.05); jiuxiangzhixie granule could significantly inhibit the propulsive rate of rat intestine (P<0.05); jiuxiangzhixie granule could eliminate pain (P < 0.05); jiuxiangzhixie granule could relieve spasm (P< 0.05); Conclusions jiuxiangzhixie granule could lower the content of MDA、increase the activity of SOD、add the activity of gastric acid、depress the propellent function of small intestine、eliminate pain, and relieve spasm; And dependent interaction were better than changkang tablet。... |
