[Objective] To explore the effect of JiuXiangZhiXie Granule (JXZXG) on diarrhea genic marine vibrio, the hyperintestine caused by Neostigmine, the acute diarrhea model caused by senna and the permeability of celiac capillary vessel.[Method] Disk diffusion method was used to measure the diameter of the inhibition zone. And the minimum drug concentration (MIC) and the minimum bacterium concentration (MBC) were measured with agar dilution allergic method. Neostigmine was hypodermic injected to set models. Then 0.9%saline with charcoal powders was given in intragastric administration. The propellant rates of charcoal powder in small intestine were measured. Senna decoction was given to set models, and the diarrhea incidences were measured. Evans blue (EB) physiology saline was injected in tail vein. Then acetic acid was injected in celiac. the absorbance in spectrophotometer were measured.[Result] JXZXG groups could inhibit Vibrio parahaemolyticus remarkably. And the effect was superior to the Changkang Tablet (CKT) group (P<0.01). the propellant rate of small intestine in each treatment groups were decreased obviously (P<0.05); The effect of middling and high-dose groups was superior to CKT group(P<0.05). The diarrhea incidences of the treatment groups were decreased obviously (P<0.05). The effect was superior to CKT group and belladonna ulfadiazine group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The results indicated that JXZXG had obvious abilities of diarrhea genic marine vibrio anti-activity, inhibition to the hyperintestine caused by Neostigmine, antidiarrh and anti-inflammate. And the relative effects were superior to CKT and belladonna ulfadiazine tablet.
