Clinical Study On Treating CPHD In Acute Stage With The Induce Lung And Resolve Water-retention, Clearing Heat And Improving The Blood Circulation Method

Objective:To study the clinical value and theory of the Induce lung and resolve Water-retention, clearing heat and improving the blood circulation method in treating CPHD in acute stageMethods:60 patients with CPHD in acute stage were divided into treatment group (30 patients) and control group (30 patients) randomly.All the two groups were treated with traditional comprehensive therapy of WM, including controlling infection, smoothing the respiratory tract, continuing breathing in oxygen on two rate of flow, strengthening the Heart,diuresis, correcting the unbalance between acid and alkali and turbulence of electrolyte, etc. Modified YueBiJiaBanXia Decoction was added in treatment group, Take one dosage a day, two times with luke warm water. And 15 days make one 1 Period of treatment, After completement of 1 Period of treatment, the results of two groups are measured and sored according to clical symptoms, signs and laboratory examlnalions and the effectiveness are asessed. Results:1. The total effect rate of the curative group in treating CPHD in acute stage was 96.67%, which was evidently higher than that of the control group of 73.33%(P<0.05); 2 Upon relieving the clinic symptoms, There is statlisticaly significant diference between these two groups (P<0.05);3.The curative group had remarkable effect upon improving cardiac functions(P<0.05); 4.The level of Pao2 in treatmet group has been more effectively enhanced than that in control group(P<0.05),And the level of PaCO2 in treatmet group has been more effectively reduced than that in control group(P<0.05); 5 The level of N% in treatmet group has been more effectively reduced than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:This study enrichs the theory of TCM treating CPHD in acute stage and it is indicate that the Modified YueBiJiaBanXia Decoction has obvious effect and less side effect in Induce lung and resolve Water-retention, clearing heat and improving the blood circulation,at the same time,it settles the basis for future research.
