Ziyin Tianjing Tang In The Treatment Of Ovarian Reserve Lower Shen Yin Deficiency Clinical Study Infertility

Objective:To investigate the effect and the mechanism of the treatment of Ziyin Tianjing for infertility which is the result of deficiency of Shen Yin ovarian reserve lower,and provide a dependable objective evidence for the treatment of the disease.Methods:30 cases of infertility which is the result of Shen Yin deficiency ovarian reserve lower,the medicine of Ziyin Tianjing Tang for oral use.To observe the improvement of the clinical symptoms,FSH drop and endometrial thickening of the changes which are before and after the treatment.Results:1.The results of comprehensive effect for Ziyin Tianjing Tang treating the 30 cases of ovarian reserve lower in patients with infertility:6 cases are recovered,accounting for 20.00%;17cases are effectual,accounting for 56.67%;6cases are effective,accounting for20.00%;1case invalid,accounting for 3.33%,the total efficiency is 96.67%.pregnancy after treatment:1 case is pregnant,accounting for 3.33%.The results of effect of ShenYin deficiency symptoms:5 case is recovered,accounting for 16.67%;18 cases are effectual, accounting for 60.00%;6 cases are effective,accounting for 20.00%;1 case is invalid, accounting for 3.33%,the total efficiency is 96.67%,the comparison of the syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency integrals before and after the treatment the T test:t=13.729,p= 0.000＜0.01,the difference was significant.So use Ziyin Tianjing Tang to treat the of 30 cases of infertility patients whose ovarian reserve is lower,the kidney-yin deficiency symptoms have improved markedly.2.The comparison of the number of FSH before and after the treatment:the T test t=8.061, p=0.000＜0.01,the difference was significant,indicate that using Ziyin Tianjing Tang to treat 30 cases of Infertile patients whose ovarian reserve is lower,the number of FSH decreased significantly;The comparison of the thickness of endometrium before and after the treatment:the T-test,t=-6.331,p=0.000＜0.01,the difference was significant,so using Ziyin Tianjing Tang to treat 30 cases of Infertile patients whose ovarian reserve is lower,the endometrium thickened significantly;The comparison of the average diameter of ovarian before and after the treatment,The T-test t=-8.964,p=0.000＜0.01,the difference was significant,so using Ziyin Tianjing Tang to treat 30 cases of Infertile patients whose ovarian reserve is lower,the average diameter(volume)of ovarian has increased significantly.Conclusion:1.Ziyin Tianjing Tang can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms significantly.2.Ziyin Tianjing Tang can cut down the number of FSH,adjust the potential-conditioning systems of the body,rebuild the balance of reproductive endocrine environment.3.Ziyin Tianjing Tang can improve the internal secretion、help endometrial recover and enlarge ovarian volume which is prepared for conceiving.4.Ziyin Tianjing Tang enable the body to achieve the balance of yin and yang,with plenty of blood,viscera functional coordination,thereby fully body gradually restore normal physiological function gonadal axis.
