The Ziyin Yikang Soup Treatment Of Female Immune Infertility

Immunologic infertility is the kind of infertility which is caused by self-immunity or homo-immunity of the antigen in the reproductive system . Its diagnostic standard is: 1. the other reasons causing infertility is excepted 2. the detection with reliable application method confirms the existence of anti-reproduction immunity in the serum or the local conception vessels( especially cervical liquid) 3. the time of infertility exceed one year [1][2]This paper discusses from theoretical, clinical and experimental research how can Ziyinyikang Tang cure immunologic infertility.Documental research: Described in detail of the recognization of infertility's pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment, prescription and drugs and progress from both traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine .Through reviewing document, analysed the pathogenesis and treatment method of immunologic infertility and draw a conclusion that Zi yinyikang Tang was good for immunologic infertility.Test study:The experimental immuno-infertile mice used in the present study were divided into five groups including Ziyinyikang Tang high dose group, Ziyinyikang Tang low dose group, prednisone group, modern saline group and vacant group.After 2 weeks treatment, the enzyme linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) were used for detection of ER , PR, CD4, CD8 in the endometrium. Then analyze the data to obtain the experimental result, showing Ziyinyikang Tang was effective to immunologic infertility.Clinical study: Clinical observation showed that after one to several therapy circles (one therapy circle was 3 months ) in immunologic infertility patient, antisperm antibody in theserum and cervical liquid dropped or dissipated, symptoms were improved and some patients were pregnant. There were significant differences comparing with prednisone group.Mechanism discussion: Ziyinyikang Tang was built up on the character of Yin asthenia syndrome of the liver and kidney and damp-heat and blood stasis in immunologic infertility patient . It could make antisperm antibody in the body dropped or dissipated, qi and blood in the body be balant and the body be in the immunity balancecondition through nourishing the liver and kidney , clearing away heat and draining dampness .In a word, it could not only make the present antibody disappear but also prevent new antibody appear.
