Objective: the study of the female population in the next 10 years occurred in the absolute risk of cardiovascular events were evaluated to detection of high risk individuals, on the implementation of key prevention, raising the awareness of the female population of cardiovascular events, the establishment of health concept, advocate a healthy lifestyle, strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control of cardiovascular events and provide theoretical basis for exercise intervention, and to improve women’s cardiovascular health and living condition has important significance.Methods: randomly selected 224 Xi’an city 35~59 years without regular exercise among women as the research object, were grouped according to age five years, the national "fifteen" project developed by the group of people 10 years of ischemic cardiovascular disease risk assessment methods on blood pressure, blood lipid, fasting blood glucose(FBG), Body Mass Index(BMI) and other medical data analysis and evaluation, firstly, the risk factors for hierarchical ICVD score and check the corresponding 10 year table(ischemic-cardiovascular diseases, ICVD) the absolute risk; secondly, the risk of the risk factors and the incidence of cardiovascular events in 10 the degree of linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis, found that the relative level of the risk factors and risk.Results:(1) Except 50~54 years old female population SBP(115.26±13.00) and BMI(24.30±2.78),CHOL(4.82±0.675),FBG(4.75±1.70) abnormalities and other age women were in the normal range; along with the growth of the age, CHOL, TG, LDL-C were rising trend, while HDL-C was decreased, and 50~54 year old female population is significant; Different types of dyslipidemia(total cholesterol, triglyceride,high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein increased) population, respectively: 35~39 year old crowd(9.52﹪、4.76﹪、7.14﹪、9.52﹪);40~44 year old population(20 ﹪、 12.73 ﹪、 12.73 ﹪、 21.82 ﹪); 45 ~ 49 year old population(17.65﹪、2.94﹪、5.88﹪、20.59﹪);50~54 year old population(47.22﹪、41.67﹪、13.89﹪、44.44﹪);55~59 year old population(33.33﹪、19.30﹪、5.26﹪、43.84﹪);(2) ICVD 10 years of women of all ages crowd risk average were 35~39 people aged 0.19,40~44 years old population was 0.35,45~49 years old population was 0.54,the population was 1.18 at the age of 50~54, aged 55~59 1.84,and 50~54 years old and 55~59 years old two age 10 years the absolute risk of ICVD were higher than average Chinese reference standard(50~54 0.9, 55~59 1.4);(3) women aged 35~59 different levels of absolute risk detection: the risk of less than 5% population was 98.24%; 5% risk is less than or equal to 10% The crowd was 1.32%; 10% risk less than 20% population was 0.44%;(4)the risk among women aged 35~59 years with risk factors of ICVD occurred in 10 years of relevant and highly significant,the correlation coefficient of gamma value and P value were:blood pressure(γ=0.659 P=0.000);age(γ=0.510 P =0.000), blood glucose(γ=0.448 P=0.000); blood lipid(γ=0.428 P=0.000);BMI(γ =0.256 P=0.000);(5)different risk factors for women of all ages crowd with ICVD incidence of 10 years of relevant and highly significant,the correlation coefficient of beta value respectively and P value: 35 ~ 39 year olds(blood pressure:β=0.130 P=0.000; BMI:β=0.180 P=0.000; blood lipid: β=0.115 P=0.001);40 ~ 44 year olds(blood pressure:β=0.349 P=0.000; blood lipid: β=0.222 P=0.001;BMI:β=0.240 P=0.004);aged 45 ~ 49(blood pressure: β=0.283 P=0.000;blood lipid:β=0.277 P=0.000;BMI:β=0.229 P=0.000); aged 50 ~ 54(blood pressure:β=0.589 P=0.000;blood lipid:β=0.573 P=0.000; BMI:β=0.586 P=0.000; blood glucose:β=0.644 P=0.000);aged 55 ~ 59(blood pressure:β=0.853 P=0.000;blood glucose:β=2.381 P=0.000;blood lipid: β=0.947 P=0.000; BMI: β=0.723 P=0.005);(6)35~59 years women the risk factors and 10 years of ICVD risk degree are correlated and highly significant, the risk factors related to the beta coefficient and P respectively: blood pressure(β=0.507 P=0.000); blood glucose(β=1.486 P=0.000); blood lipid(β=0.497 P=0.000); age(β=0.243 P=0.000);BMI(β =0.224 P=0.003).Conclusion:(1) with age ICVD 10 years of growth, presenting the risk of average level increased, and the 35~59 ICVD 10 years old female population were higher than the average level of risk of the lowest risk of all ages in the corresponding standard, the average level of 50~54 and 55~59 at the age of two years old age 10 years were higher than the risk of ICVD. The reference standard in Chinese;(2) from different age groups, related to the degree of various risk factors and ICVD 10 years of absolute risk for women aged 35~39 from high to low blood pressure, blood lipid, BMI;40~44 and 45~49 years old the population aged women from high to low in order to blood pressure, blood lipids, body mass index(BMI); 50~54 years old from high to low in order to blood pressure, blood lipid, BMI, blood glucose; 55~59 years old from high to low in order for blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid, body mass index(BMI); presumably, blood pressure can be as independent risk factors of cardiovascular events;(3)from the overall point of view, blood pressure with 35~59 years old female population 10 years of ICVD of absolute risk correlation is highest, the rest risk factors related to the degree of from high to low in order to blood glucose, blood lipid, age, body mass index(BMI).
